Referral Reward Policy – Aussie’s Garden Services, Canberra ACT

1. Purpose
To reward existing clients who refer new customers to our lawn-mowing service.

2. Referral Reward

• The referring customer receives $10 off their next lawn-mowing service.
• The reward applies after the referred customer completes their first paid service.

3. Eligibility

• All current active (non-Business/Company, non-Organisation clients) customers of Aussie’s Garden Services are eligible to participate.
• The referred customer must be a new client with no previous bookings.
• The referred customer must mention the referrer’s name at the time of booking.

4. Redemption

• The $10 discount will automatically be applied to the referrer’s next scheduled service.
• Referral discounts are not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be used within 3 months.

5. Multiple Referrals

• Customers may refer unlimited new clients.
• One $10 discount is awarded per successful referral, and multiple discounts can be stacked across future services.

6. Exclusions
The referral reward is not valid for:

• One-off garden clean-ups, hedge-only jobs, or work outside regular mowing services
• Bookings where the referral cannot be verified
• Jobs cancelled before service completion

7. Changes to the Program
Aussie’s Garden Services may update or discontinue the referral program at any time, but any earned rewards will still be honoured.
